Hello, I’m Jodie Gien and it is my pleasure to warmly welcome you and invite you to explore how the timeless wisdom of mindfulness and energy medicine can support your current concerns and broader life journey. WHAT I SHARE
START YOUR JOURNEY
Are you or a loved one feeling exhausted, or longing for more self-connection and inspiration in your life? Are you starting a business or new venture, hiring or training a team or changing direction? Is there something deep inside calling for your attention, for healing or a shift in perspective? Are there mindsets, habits or beliefs playing out that no longer feel supportive for you? These rumblings are often an invitation to embark on a deeper kind of journey. Step out onto your path and explore how mindfulness and energy medicine may reveal the landscapes of your soul. Let go of what you no longer need, carrying only that which supports you and return to your essential self to heal old wounds and align with your true purpose.
MY STORY
Alongside a double degree in Law and Arts (Psychology), I studied executive coaching, language, mediation, meditation and ancient mythology, commencing a career as a lawyer and mediator, then leading a team at the Australian Human Commission in discrimination and human rights. Following an unexpected family crisis I returned to meditation, which I was introduced to as a child. My journey back into meditation and particularly mindfulness led me to Peru to study ancient wisdom and I am honoured to now share these valuable teachings to help others.

UPCOMING CLASSES
We acknowledge the Gadigal, Bidjigal, and Birrabirragal peoples of the Eora Nation, as well as the Darkinjung, Dharawal, Dharug, Gundungurra, Wonnarua, and Wiradjuri peoples of the Blue Mountains, the traditional custodians of the lands, waterways, mountains and sacred sites where we work, play, live and serve. We celebrate the rich diversity of Australia's First Nations, whose cultures are among the oldest living traditions in human history, and honour their deep, ongoing connection to these lands. We extend our respect to Elders past, present, and emerging, and pay tribute to their cosmologies, mythologies, and the ways they envision and shape the world. We respectfully seek permission to work on these sacred lands.
